Terms & Conditions

ENROLLING

  • All applications must be accompanied by copies of relevant certificates, one passport-sized photograph and copy of the passport with photo page and for International Students (based in the UK) a copy of valid UK Residence Permit (student visa) is also required. We regret that we will not be able to consider your application if the above documents are not enclosed.
  • As part of the conditions of your enrolment, RisXceL Global Education Ltd will supply respective Universities and other authorised awarding bodies with any relevant information concerning any delegate on request.
  • Students are also required to provide accurate and full contact details. It is the responsibility of the student to keep us informed of any changes to their contact details both in the UK and abroad immediately.

  • Fees include VAT and course notes where applicable.
  • All cheques issued must be supported with a cheque guarantee card. Note: if your cheque is returned unpaid for any reason, you will incur a charge of £50 + the value of the cheque against your card AND an additional charge of £50 for late payment will apply.
  • For students requiring a student visa to the UK, the course fees must be paid in full before we issue any documentation to support the student visa application. Visa letters will not be issued unless students have paid the course fees in full..
  • The course fee exclude additional fees payable to the respective awarding bodies and universities.
  • It is the delegate responsibility to claim and apply for relevant credits from the University and in paying the appropriate fees as when due.
  • If delegates do not adhere to their payment plans and deadlines, they will be de-registered from the programme and to be reinstated there will be a fee of £375 and all fees paid are not refundable.
  • It is the delegate responsibility to submit all their assignments and final project to us.
  • Representative offices may charge a small admin fee for their services.
  • RisXceL Global Education Ltd reserves the right to alter fees without prior notice.

CANCELLATION OF COURSE

  • Once the course has started, fees are NOT refundable or transferable and the total course fees remain payable.
  • Cancellation for students NOT requiring Visa / Leave to enter the UK must be received in writing (e-mail, post or fax). Course refunds depend on the amount of notice given and are specified below:

7 days or less before the start of the course Deposit (£500) is non refundable
10 days or less before the start of the course 50% of course fee, (minimum £500) is non refundable
14 days or less before the start of the course 25% of course fee, (minimum £500) is non refundable
After 14 daysr No Refund
  • Cancellations received at the weekend or during public holidays will be considered to commence the next working day.
  • Cancellation for students’ requiring Visa / Leave to enter the UK: Refunds are not granted except when the visa application has been unsuccessful.
  • Cancellation due to Visa Refusals: If the visa application is refused, providing we receive official documentation from the British Embassy or Consulate confirming this, we will refund the student in full with the exception of £500 administration fee and the course registration fee (The CAS fee is non-refundable). All bank charges incurred are to be paid by the student. Refunds will only be considered if applied for prior to the commencement of the course. Please note that, for students who require a visa to the UK, once documentation has been issued to support their visa application, no refund will be given without official documentation confirming that the application has been unsuccessful.
  • Any refund request should be put in writing directly from the student concerned.
  • Course refunds may take between 6-8 weeks to process once full documentation has been received. Refunds will only be made to the concerned student and not to any third party.

ATTENDANCE

  • Students are expected to attend all their lessons. Any absenceshould normally be only for illness or authorised holidays. It is the responsibility of the student to inform the college of illness or other reasons for absence immediately. Students with continually poor attendance may be struck from the register

TIMETABLING

  • RisXceL Global Education Ltd reserves the right to alter dates and training teams without prior notice.

MARKETING

  • RisXceL Global Education Ltd reserves the right to use its past and current delegates’ details and photographs in its promotional and publicity material. The copyright to all photographs shall belong to the RisXceL Global Education.
  • All prices and details in marketing material and on the website are accurate at the time of publication and presented in good faith. However, they are subject to alteration without notice. We also reserve the right to alter programmes in any way we see appropriate.

EXPULSION FROM PROGRAMME

We reserve the right to terminate the course of any student whose behaviour is judged to be unsatisfactory, without a refund.
